When learning from our anger becomes more important than repressing it, it can be a portal to self-worth.
In this workshop, we look at the ways we have a healthy relationship with anger and begin to listen to its messages. This curriculum covers common misconceptions about anger, tenets of communicating healthy anger, and practical strategies for cultivating a relationship with anger. When we honor our anger, we can set boundaries we can stick to, communicate, and connect more wholly to our self-expression.
A healthy relationship with anger means we’re neither exploding with rage or muzzling ourselves. We all deserve to honor this emotion with grace and self-trust so we can more deeply connect within.
