Meet Mollie
Before I became a coach, I spent years as a licensed therapist, learning exactly what insight alone can't do. Real change happens when you stop circling your patterns and start relating to them differently. That's what everything I do is built on.
The Living Room is honestly my favorite thing I offer. There's something that happens in a group that one-on-one work can't fully replicate. When you watch someone else get coached, something in you shifts too. Other people's breakthroughs become your permission slip. Their patterns illuminate your own. The room does a kind of work that I can't do alone, and neither can you.
I created The Living Room because I wanted a space where real conversations could happen. Not polished, not performative, just honest people doing honest work together. I'd love to have you in the room.
Practical tools, honest conversation, and a community doing the work alongside you.
Through fast-paced, creative dialogue and group coaching exercises, this work focuses on transforming your relationship to the noise in your head and bringing oxygen to areas in your life that have felt restricted, with the added benefit of group reflection for rapid development.
The Living Room is not therapy, but complements therapeutic work beautifully, giving folks practical tools, community, and a space to practice authentic self-expression in real time.
Each session combines elements of the Freedom work, foundational coaching tools, live personal coaching, and the power of group reflection, which tends to unlock insights more quickly than working alone.

“In just a few sessions, Mollie challenged me to see things differently, ultimately freeing me from my fears – I continue to work with her to stay on track and be the person I believe I can be. She is always challenging me and changing the lens in which I view myself, others, and the world."
– Sarah Louer

No and that distinction matters. The Living Room is coaching, not therapy. It won't diagnose or treat, but it complements therapeutic work beautifully. Think of it as the place where the insights you've gathered finally get put to use through practical tools, honest conversation, and a community doing the work right alongside you.

Start by booking a free call with me. It's a chance for us to make sure The Living Room is the right fit for where you are. From there, I'll send you everything you need to secure your spot. The full investment is $450, and if a payment plan works better for you, just say the word.
-
We meet weekly on Zoom. I ask you keep your cameras and mics on, please. I know that's not everyone's favorite ask, but this is meant to feel like a real room. Showing up fully is part of the practice.
-
Airtime is yours to claim. There's no queue, no waiting to be called on. "I have something I need coaching on" is not just allowed, it's the point.
-
This is your group, please interact. Ask questions, respond to what comes up, notice what someone else's pattern stirs in you. The peer dynamic is one of the most powerful accelerants in the room.
-
Not always and that's a feature, not a bug. The Living Room is a safe space in that it's entirely dedicated to your growth and support. But safe doesn't mean pain-free. Discomfort is often a sign that something real is happening. If at any point something feels like too much, we talk about it. That conversation is usually a portal to some of the best work we do.
