Real conversations. Real change. In a room full of people who get it.
Group coaching for people who want depth, honesty, and the momentum that comes from doing the work alongside others.
Whether you’re looking to expand your self-awareness, clear up the noise in your head, reconnect with your authenticity, or explore new ways of being, this is where transformation begins.
Group coaching is designed to transform areas of your life that have felt restricted while offering the added benefit of group reflection for rapid development.
These small, intentional containers create space for shared reflection, honest conversation, and compassionate accountability.

Community Coaching
This is a monthly drop-in experience where I’m around and answering your questions. I’ll offer a short mindfulness exercise and then coach whoever’s in the room.
This time is an invitation to show up and ask the thing you’ve been wrestling with in your head.
And fair warning: if something hits a nerve or lights me up, I will absolutely go off on a riff or a tiny TED talk. It’s part of the charm. Or the hazard. Depends who you ask.
If you’ve got a free hour and want to be in a room where real conversations happen…join us.
When: Last Wednesday of every Month
Where: On Zoom (link emailed out day of)
Cost: Free
Group coaching is for you if:
You don’t have to be in crisis. You don’t have to have the “perfect” question. You just have to show up.
You’re stuck in mental loops and want perspective
You’re craving accountability without pressure
You’ve done personal growth work and want integration
You want access to coaching without committing to a long-term container
You’re tired of overthinking alone
Why is Group Work so damn powerful
There’s something powerful about thinking out loud in a room full of humans who are also doing the work. Not because we crowdsource advice. Not because we trauma-dump.
But because:
You hear yourself differently.
You realize you’re not uniquely broken.
You learn and practice communication skills.
You develop tools for emotional regulation.
You practice honesty without self-attack.
You build self-trust in real time.
Growth doesn’t just happen in isolation. It becomes exponential in community.
“Mollie hosts such a safe environment. It’s safe to say I have cried, had realizations in real time, Mollie helped me to slow down without me running away, and I get to relate to myself much more gently. Mollie’s community, her compassion, and her clinical background is just the medicine I needed.”

No and that distinction matters. It won't diagnose or treat, but it complements therapeutic work beautifully. Think of it as the place where the insights you've gathered finally get put to use through practical tools, honest conversation, and a community doing the work right alongside you.

I ask you keep your cameras and mics on, please. I know that's not everyone's favorite ask, but group coaching experiences are meant to feel like a real room. Showing up fully is part of the practice.
-
Airtime is yours to claim. There's no queue, no waiting to be called on. "I have something I need coaching on" is not just allowed, it's the point.
-
This is your experience, please interact. Ask questions, respond to what comes up, notice what someone else's pattern stirs in you. The peer dynamic is one of the most powerful accelerants in the room.

Not always and that's a feature, not a bug. Group coaching is a safe space in that it's entirely dedicated to your growth and support. But safe doesn't mean pain-free. Discomfort is often a sign that something real is happening. If at any point something feels like too much, we talk about it. That conversation is usually a portal to some of the best work we do.
